@stacey-gammon can you test this out in Kibana? All of my attempts at using this setup in EUI worked but I'm not 100% confident in it. |

Closes #1100 by adding a TypeScript definition to
findTestSubject. This allows finding data-test-ref elements wrapped by enzyme'sshallowandmountmethods.
